Site available in af-Soomaali, af-Maay etc

I would like to make the site available in af-Soomaali and af-Maay, maybe even in other languages like Arabic, Dabarre, Jiddu, Tunni and Mushungulu. Maybe other colonial languages too like French and Italian.
I need translations for the basic text though, for the main index.php page and the view.php page. From there I can build a dropdown menu.
