Ugas yasin was a reknown tribal elder of Dishiishe clan, he occupied the power when he was 20 years old, during precolonial he ruled vast territory centered Bosaso town. Italian colonial army had destroyed Ugas army barracks included Bosaso, Karin and Yalho villages, he escaped to north-west
British protectorate regions. Yasin later became first MP for Bosaso and respected elder, died in 2000 in Bosaso, he was laid in rest in Ugas garden just outside the town
